Carla Cabau
IFBB WM 2006
I started to go in for different sports when I was young
and lived in Spain: my speciality was athletics m 5000, then
I went on with swimming and dives, then due to a problem
with my ear-drum I had to stop with them. So I tried to practise
free climbing, but I could not stand to remain very thin and
I stopped with it definitively. I went in for figthing sports and
I have practised kick boxing for 2 years. I premise I am very fond
of these kind of sports and I have been practising them nowadays too.
I moved in Italy where I Worked as aerobica trainer....

Among the proteinic foods I prefer chicken and tunny, but a high quantity of albumens can not be absent.During the year I absorb a high quantity of carbohydrates, most of all rice. Fruit not so much, anyway in my diet there are bananas, oranges and apples.I eat a lot of vegetables and, when the season of courgettes comes, you may beleive or not, I eat 2 kilogrammes a day, even during the days near the competition. During the off season Saturday and Sunday are out of diet. I allow me everything from sweets to salty taste and I do not mind about the quantity of colories I assume, otherwise I would wring my hair.Pizzeria is not bound and if pizza is good I have another helping.
I admit to be lucky as my metabolism is good and anyway thanks to my job I can go wrong with my diet more then others. On the contrary when I am training for a compatition, Alex makes me toe the line. I do anything as I am told. I keep concentrated with the competition, trying not to think about good things. 8 weeks before the competition I start to keep seroiously my diet.
