Why did you started with bodybuilding/fitness ? my boyfriend pushed me I never thought to be a “miss figure” and in 2 seasons ( 2004 / 2005 ) I reached the highest positions ( Italian, European, international Grand Prixs & Universe).I always do my best whatever I do.
Other sports before bodybuilding/fitness ? always sporting started at 5 years old with martial art: ju jitsu( I am European champion ), karate, now I teach step, aerobic, aero-kick/ aero-boxe, fitness
Favourite food for weight reduction: I am vegetarian so I do not have a wide choise: eggs, fruits, vegetables
Favourite food after competition: chocolate & cakes
Favourite aerobic activity: running, martial art
Favourite nutrition supplements: whey protein
If you could only do one exercise, which one would you choose? maybe squat or pulley
Strongest muscles: abs, legs
Muscles that you like exercising: arms during boxing less
How many calories do you take daily? 1200Kcal / 1500 Kcal
If you won 1 million $$$, what would you buy? I am quite happy… I think to help people is better ( I adopted children in Africa & south America )maybe I can do more.
What would you change in sport if you could? Cancel drugs & politic
Please describe a typical day in your life ? work from 8.00 to 19.00 - training till 22.00 and finally back home to my 2 sweet Amstaff korki & dolly both strong & fit ( they are champions too !)
Please tell me something about your daily training routine ? when I teach I have got very little time for my own training so I concentrate on back & shoulder only, when not, I have my hard circuit x3 times.
How often do you train in a week and how long is a workout ? 3 days x week 1h & 40”
What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in
off season ? weights & reps ! & more back
What do you like doing in your spare time? stay with my boyfriend & dogs, read good books, pizza with friends… moreover I am busy with my 2nd grad University
Who is your favourite woman bodybuilder/fitness athlete? Jenny Lynn & Monica Brant ( figure Olympia)
What are your future plans for 2006 ? to win next universe
What is your sport goal? Once I win universe, I’ d like to run the desert marathon
