Elena Kavva

I was born in Athens, where I live and work, on 15 January.

At the age of 8,I started to train martial arts, and more specifically Kung Fu.

I got involved with martial arts championships from '89 to '94.

I always liked to add a few weights in my training for muscular strengthening something that I started to like more and more.

At the age of 17 i realized that I was ''madly in love with dumbbells''.

I began to exercise intensively with weights,and at the same time reading innumerable books about exercises,

training sessions with weights, diets and anatomy.

I decided to start competing in body-building competitions, and in may of 2006 in the Mr. and Mrs. Hellas NABBA contest I conquered the 1st place in the ''Figure'' class

and in the NABBA WORLD Championship I conquered the 4th place in the ''Figure'' class.

In the Pan-Hellenic WABBA Championship at the ''Mr. and Mrs Greece' contest 12/11/2006, I conquered the 1st place.

In the World Championship of WABBA bodybuilding and fitness in 26/11/2006, I conquered the 2nd place.
