Why did you started with bodybuilding ? They were several reasons that they impelled to me to do fitness but in special it is that this sport fills to me like person. I have been gymnast by but of 10 years and needed to follow with a similar sport to feel to me well. In addition, it presents the opportunity to Me with more depth my weaknesses and strengths.

Please describe a typical day in your life ? I rise to 6:30 in the morning .To 8:30 I go towards the work,to 7 p.m. I finish working. And I go towards the gym. Of 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.. Training and I make strechings. To 10:30 return to house. I have supper, I read or I see the TV and I sleep.

Please tell me something about your daily training routine ?Monday: Abdominal legs and. Tuesday: Shoulders and Biceps. Wednesday: Back. Thursday: free day, Friday: Abdominal legs, Pectoral, triceps. Sunday: free day
