Background Information:

I was born in São Paulo, Brasil. I was always very athletic and loved all kinds of sports. My life as competitive athlete started with figure skating. I did it for 4 years but I had to quit because the only ice rink arena here closed. I started weight-lifting at the age of 17. When I was 22 years old, I saw a fitness contest on Brasilian TV and I get so impressed with woman physique and routine that I Knew I wanted to compete.

My first contest was, in 2003, when I was 23 years old. I won the Nabba Estreantes Champioships in Brasil. The next year, in 2004, I came second in the Nabba Brasilian Championships. In 2005, I won the Nabba Brasilian Champioships, Nabba World and Nabba Universe.

I am former on Business Administrator , I run a business with my brother and conciliate my work with my fitness carreer. I have a really busy day, and I one day I want to be able to dedicate only to the fitness.

I plan to compete for a long time. I am now representing D.N.A Suplementos, a supplement company in Brasil. I dream of the day that I qualify to compete in the Olympia! I can only imagine how that may feel, to compete against such an elite class of athletes.

Was it a goal for you to compete in fitness competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body?

Right from the beginning I love it the training, dieting and everything that consist the life of fitness athlete, for me was chanlenging fight every single day to improve the changes in my body.


Which contest has been your biggest success; which has had the most meaning to you?

All the contest meant so much to me, each one in the time… but the one that marked more my athlete life, was the Miss Fitness Universe (Nabba 2005)

Please tell me something about your training routine (ie: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.)

Cardio: 4-5 a week, 30min in the morning with empty stomach
Training: Monday – Back
Thusday – Shoulders
Wednesday – Quads
Thursday – Arms (Biceps and triceps) & Chest
Friday - Hamstrings

What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don't like so much?

My favorite exercise is shoulders and femoral… and I don´t like training arms.

Which body part is your best in your opinion?

My legs is my best part.


What do you enjoy about training for competition....what do you enjoy about the 'off season'?

I enjoy every part of the training.. the off season part is when you build and and the pre is when you see what you have worked all year long.

Please describe a typical day in your life.

7:00 – 7:30 – Cardio
8:00 – 14:00 – Work
14;30 – 15:00 – Lunch
15:00 – 16:00 – Routine training
17:00 – 18:00 – Gym (work out)
19:00 – 21:00 - Gymnastics


Please tell me about what you do when you don't work out (hobbies, what do you do to relax?, etc.)

I love cooking and going to the movies.


What do you enjoy most about the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle?

The challenging, the friends, the routine, eating well, etc..

Tell me something interesting about yourself, something people may be surprised to hear.

I am stating a new university this year. I am already formed in business administrator and now I will do Nutrition.

What are your competition goals or personal future goals?

From now on I am planning to compete in pro competitions… I am just waiting t o get my pro card and than I will choose a comp in the US.

And I just recorded a DVD made by a major book company in Brazil www.phorte.com.br, and it will come with a book, with tips and articles about woman training and dieting.
