A bit about me:

My passion for fitness came very late in life for me. No sport appealed to me when I was younger. They were all too difficult for me at the time. I was overweight and the diets that I did try only ended up putting on weight. In 1995, I was determined to make something of myself. I could not bear to look at myself any longer. I went to a nutritionist and together we mapped out a plan for me to lose weight. My goal was to lose 25 kg./ 50.5 lbs.

For one year I was able to maintain this strictly regimented diet .
It was at that point that I truly began to look forward to my training sessions at the health club. I found myself training at the health club more than once a day: cardio, aerobic, fitness, and bodybuilding. I was utilizing everything that the health club had to offer. Then, in September of 2001, I met Serge Nubret in the health club. He wanted to celebrate his return to France by organizing "le jubilee
Serge Nubret". He invited me to participate in this fitness competition.

In 2002, I had the opportunity to meet Sylvie Messina. I owe so much
to her. She is a wonderfully marvelous lady and a good friend. She shared with me her passion and love for bodybuilding. She further refined my diet, training, and ultimately my life.
